I(c/r)elanders
On this bright and beautiful Sunday we a) went to Fry’s and acquired a cheap android tablet, b) visited Lotta and Úlfar (Icelanders), and c) visited Imelda and Stuart (Irelanders… okok, Irish). 🙂

Anna playing on one of the display-tablets at Sunnyvale-Fry's. For some reason, most of them were off, and un-playable-with.

Next-up: A near-impromptu meet-up with Úlfar and Lotta and their two kids. They invited us to a near-by pool at Green Meadows, that I knew nothing of. The kids got along great and had a blast, and we hope to see more of them when they come to Iceland this summer.

And then: A late-afternoon visit to Imelda and Stuart whom we met when Imelda and I shared a room for a week during those not-fun-weeks in the antepartum ward of Lucile Packard Children's Hospital in 2007.

They recently moved into a new house, which sports a ginormous play-room for the kids, which got thoroughly trashed during our visit - sorry! The kids started out being very shy of each other, but soon found a common language in LOUDNESS, and seemed to get along fine after that.
And that was the end of our last whole Sunday for this trip. But it was a good one! 🙂
