The first few days of the year were mostly quiet. \u00a0Here’s Emma at the tree gate on 1 January: (6 images total)<\/p>\n

I aaaalmost caught her in the act of fiddling with the decorations.<\/p><\/div><\/p>\n

\"On<\/a>

On the second day of the year she got lucky when she managed to dislodge the lower dish-washing-machine rack – and promptly pushed around the kitchen.<\/p><\/div>\n

\"Must<\/a>

Must all children do this? Yeees, apparently<\/a>!<\/p><\/div>\n

“Hmmm… are there any more…?”<\/p><\/div>\n

The biggest forward step in baby care since the other two were wee ones have to be these food-pouches. They’re sooo convenient, the kids can suck their own food (mostly fruits, although some veggies are available) at their own speed, and you don’t need a spoon if you’re on the go. Brilliant! Another fun thing Emma enjoys doing is fiddling with the big volume knob on our sound system amplifier. Thankfully, it’s a bit stiff, so she doesn’t blast her ears off (although that’s certainly happened).
