On 1 December 2013, my Icelandic brothers (and spouses) visited us with all their kids in tow. <\/p>\n

I proceeded to take about 500 photos of them (and us) in our living room, using my two flashes, and one photo umbrella. \u00a0The purpose was to make a photobook of my mom’s kids and grandchildren to give her for Christmas.<\/p>\n

(Sadly, Finnur was in the US, so we didn’t take photos of the spouses. \u00a0Better timing next time?)<\/p>\n

After the photo shoot, P\u00e9tur took the photos home with him on a memory stick (he prefers working with RAW images, #shudder#), and by the evening, he’d picked out a handful of photos and processed them. \u00a0<\/p>\n

By midnight I had finished assembling them into a book using the Blurb<\/a> program, and after some finessing the next day, the book was sent to the printers.<\/p>\n
