<\/a>I put out some bread and seeds yesterday for the birds, but haven’t had any takers yet. There must be cats about!<\/p><\/div>\n

<\/a>I am so very very sorry Mr. BBQ. Your cover came off some time ago in one of the big winds, and I’ve never remembered to put it on when it’s been dry outside. Oooops!<\/p><\/div>\n
<\/a>Back inside, I sat down by the patio door with the camera, and Emma wasted little time in coming over to eat the camera strap.<\/p><\/div>\n
<\/a>Emma gets a kiss on the cheek. She’s busy eating her right hand off as molars make their way toward the surface.<\/p><\/div>\n

<\/a>She noticed the song playing on the stereo, and having explored the window, she made a beeline for the stereo tuner to turn up the volume!<\/p><\/div>\n

Some arctic air got pulled down to our lovely shores, and today is being billed as the ‘coldest day of the year’. \u00a0<\/p>\n
It’s not so bad though, our outside thermometer was at a paltry -10\u00b0C\/14F and there is no wind to speak of, so it’s just kinda… crusty out there.<\/p>\n
But I figured I should take a photo of the thermometer so I ventured outside for a bit, before taking a few selfies of me and Emma. \u00a0Yes, it’s a slow day, and we’re spending most of it indoors. (11 images total)<\/p>\n
