<\/a>Steinunn, Einar and \u00de\u00f3rarinn V\u00edkingur dropped by for a quick visit. They’d been staying close by with friends, and were on their way back to the city.<\/p><\/div>\n

<\/a>Before we arrived, the kids had gotten a magnifying glass and used the sun to burn letters into some wood. Anna wrote Bjarki’s name, and…<\/p><\/div>\n

We stayed with Finnur’s parents at their summer house, Brekkukot, by Laugarvatn from Saturday until Monday. \u00a0On the Sunday the kids convinced Finnur to take them fishing, while Emma and I had a quiet time.<\/p>\n
