Time has started slowing down a wee bit – it seems like it’s been a while since Emma turned three months old, whereas the first three months passed by in a hazy speedy blur.<\/p>\n

But yes, she’s four months old today, and getting stronger by the day!<\/p>\n

Most of the time she’s lounging though.<\/p><\/div>\n

The other thing that happened today was me getting a haircut! Yes, Emma hung out with her grandparents (somewhat unhappily apparently) for an hour and a half, while I pretended to be a proper grownup sans children.<\/p><\/div>\n

\"Tiny<\/a>

Tiny plants. Maybe we’ll get some radishes and carrots in a few weeks, although I’m not super optimistic.<\/p><\/div>\n

But yes. \u00a0Finnur’s been gone for five dinners now, and we’re still standing – everyone’s fed and clothed at least. \u00a0There are thirteen Finnur-less dinners to go before Finnur’s reappearance, so there’s a way to go yet. \u00a0(Thank goodness Bjarki’s still in daycare!)<\/p>\n

With Anna starting an afternoon horse-riding course and various other things needing to get done, this week has so far been a bit insane. \u00a0I’ve spent a lot of time in the car and hardly any time napping. \u00a0Which is starting to take its toll. \u00a0So here’s hoping for a relaxing day or two before the long weekend hits.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
