<\/a>Monday March 18 2013<\/strong>: If one positions Ms. Bambino just so<\/em>, her flailing arms hit the toys, much to her fascination.<\/p><\/div>\n Tuesday March 19 2013<\/strong>: Fast asleep shortly after midnight. \u00a0Not sure what that facial expression is supposed to signify.<\/p><\/div>\n Friday 22 March 2013<\/strong>: Finnur was feeling extra energetic when he came home from work, and decided to clean the living room and kitchen windows with Bjarki’s help. All our windows became utterly filthy after the blizzard brought muddy ash from far away, and now that we’re getting so much daylight, it’s becoming very\u00a0noticeable.<\/p><\/div>\n Saturday 23 March 2013<\/strong>: On the advice of my physical therapist, I dug out our old\u00a0exercise\u00a0ball from storage, and was about to go hunt down a pump when I got interrupted. \u00a0Anna found the deflated ball, and blew it up to 80% herself!<\/p><\/div>\n Finnur’s oldest sister paid us a visit to check out the littlest chickling. Of course, by the time I’d remembered to bring out the camera, Ms. Bambino was starting to get fussy.<\/p><\/div>\n Living room people.<\/p><\/div>\n Father and daughter on the sofa late at night.<\/p><\/div>\n I wonder what effect it will have on this generation of kids that today’s parents spend a lot of time glued to screens of various sizes…<\/p><\/div>\n Sunday 24 March 2013<\/strong>: I WENT FOR A WALK!!! Yes, I actually left the house all by myself, walked up to this Buddha shrine which overlooks our house and walked around the cemetery that’s up on the hill, before heading back. \u00a0Total walking time: 25 minutes. \u00a0I’ve now been crutch-free for two weeks, and my leg is ‘fine’ for all intents and purposes, although my physio wants me to keep doing strengthening\u00a0exercises. \u00a0Which is fine by me.<\/p><\/div>\n Adda and Halli visited that afternoon and Halli test-drove Ms. Bambino. We also FILLED THE HOT TUB for the first time since Anna broke her arm in August and the four kids played in it for a good while. For some reason I totally forgot to take a picture of the water play. P\u00e9tur and Fannar also stopped by, and I cut P\u00e9tur’s hair because he looked like a hobo. I also forgot to take pictures of that. Tsk, tsk!<\/p><\/div>\n Monday 25 March 2013<\/strong>: The entire week before Easter is a school holiday.
