This morning, Finnur and I headed to the diagnostic department<\/a> at the women’s wing<\/a> of the main hospital for the 20 week ultrasound. \u00a0We were greeted by a seasoned ultrasound pro, as well as a student, and for the next twenty minutes or so, all major body parts, as well as individual organs were found, assessed, and accounted for. \u00a0To make a long story short, everything looked fine and we were given the green light.<\/p>\n

Of course we left with a few pictures in tow: \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

Here we have the classic ‘I’m sucking my thumb’ picture. \ud83d\ude42<\/p><\/div>\n

The underside of a foot, with toes and all. \ud83d\ude42<\/p><\/div>\n

The slightly Tim Burton-esque ‘You can see my pupil<\/del> lens (eye-stone, augasteinn), and some of my teeth!’ \u00a0There’s hand under the chin.<\/p><\/div>\n

Of course we asked about the sex (or well, Finnur did. \u00a0I wasn’t coherent enough to remember!) and it’s a….<\/p>\n
