[Grandma Anna woke up at her usual time, 7am and took Anna S\u00f3lr\u00fan out to play so that us tired parents could sleep in. They hadn’t come back from the playground when we finally got up, so we used the opportunity to take a look at an apartment for rent nearby. The apartment turned out to not suit us; uncovered pool in the back yard (bad with two small kids), bedrooms too small – one even smelling like cat urine… So we just went back home.<\/p>\n
After snacking a little we went out again; Hrefna to the hospital to meet (and to hold) Bjarki Freyr for an hour while the others went to the pool for Anna’s weekly swim lesson. We then met Hrefna at the hospital before heading home. Hrefna cooked scrambled eggs for everyone and then she and Anna took a nap. Anna came down after an hour nap, went directly for the couch and slept there (sitting) for one and a half more hours! She even slept through a visit from Ulfar, Lotta and little Freyja who came with a nice and hot lasagna which we ate for dinner later that day.<\/p>\n
After dinner, grandma Anna babysat Anna S\u00f3lr\u00fan while the parents had a night out at the movies to see Ratatouie; first time at the movies in a long time. It was nice. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
Before heading to bed, Hrefna pumped some milk and I called the NICU to seek news. Nothing much new; the nurse said he did well tonight, the apnea not afflicting him as much tonight as earlier in the day. He just had his feeding also and she said they would increase the milk amount in the morning if he seems to handle it well.<\/i>]<\/p>\n

Eftir sm\u00e1 snarl h\u00e9ldum vi\u00f0 \u00fat aftur; Hrefna \u00e1 sp\u00edtalann a\u00f0 hitta (og halda \u00e1) Bjarka Frey \u00ed um klukkut\u00edma \u00e1 me\u00f0an vi\u00f0 hin f\u00f3rum me\u00f0 \u00d6nnu S\u00f3lr\u00fanu \u00ed sinn vikulega sundt\u00edma. Vi\u00f0 hittum svo Hrefnu \u00e1 sp\u00edtalanum, k\u00edktum \u00e1 gr\u00edsinn og h\u00e9ldum svo heim \u00e1 lei\u00f0. Hrefna elda\u00f0i eggjahr\u00e6ru ofan \u00ed mannskapinn og svo l\u00f6g\u00f0u \u00fe\u00e6r m\u00e6\u00f0gur sig. Anna kom svo ni\u00f0ur eftir um klukkut\u00edma svefn, settist beint \u00ed s\u00f3fann og svaf \u00fear (sitjandi) \u00ed um einn og h\u00e1lfan t\u00edma \u00ed vi\u00f0b\u00f3t! Svaf meira a\u00f0 segja af s\u00e9r heims\u00f3kn fr\u00e1 Lottu, \u00dalfari og Freyju litlu sem komu f\u00e6randi me\u00f0 heitt og lj\u00faffengt lasagne sem vi\u00f0 bor\u00f0u\u00f0um \u00ed kv\u00f6ldmat s\u00ed\u00f0ar um daginn. <\/p>\n
Eftir kv\u00f6ldmat passa\u00f0i Anna barnabarni\u00f0 \u00e1 me\u00f0an foreldrarnir sl\u00f3gu \u00feessu upp \u00ed k\u00e6ruleysi og f\u00f3ru \u00ed b\u00ed\u00f3 a\u00f0 sj\u00e1 Ratatouie; fyrsta skipti \u00ed langan t\u00edma sem vi\u00f0 h\u00f6fum fari\u00f0 \u00ed b\u00ed\u00f3.
