Feeling mostly normal.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>The swelling doesn&#8217;t really look quite as bad as the image would suggest (I was looking towards the right, which is probably pushing the skin forward a bit), but it&#8217;s still there &#8211; I can feel it. \u00a0One has too look pretty hard to see it though.<\/p>\n<p>As the swelling has gone down, I&#8217;ve been able to open my mouth more. \u00a0On Thursday I could barely get my teeth around a skinny hot dog (frankfurter, SS pylsu), and today I could bite the hot dog, and about half the bread surrounding it. \u00a0Yes, it&#8217;s been a hot-dog heavy few days. \u00a0 Don&#8217;t ask.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Just an update on the whole molar-decapitation-leads-to-excessive-swelling situation. \u00a0It&#8217;s now Sunday (molar sawed in half this past Monday) and here&#8217;s my latest mug-shot.
