I went to see him around lunchtime, but didn&#8217;t try him at the boob (for his daily drowning) since right when I was about to do so, a lab-lady came to take a blood sample and he was exhausted afterwards.  Boy, did he put up a fight!  Finnur and Anna biked to the hospital and I left Finnur there to give Bjarki a bottle at 3pm.  <\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately he&#8217;d just started when the shift-change occurred (he&#8217;d gotten delayed by a-neverending-poopy-diaper-change) and got thrown out of the room.  This is the most annoying thing about the NICU, but I&#8217;m told the &#8220;interemediate ICU&#8221; doesn&#8217;t kick you out nearly as much.  The lab test showed that Bjarki was ok on blood, but not great, so they decided to infuse him with more blood from the same donor as yesterday.  He should be crazy pink tomorrow!]<\/p>\n<p>Bjarka gekk vel \u00ed dag, h\u00e9lt s\u00farefnismagninu \u00e1g\u00e6tlega svona til tilbreytingar.  \u00c9g f\u00f3r til hans \u00ed h\u00e1deginu og \u00e6tla\u00f0i a\u00f0 pr\u00f3fa hann \u00e1 brj\u00f3stinu (\u00fear sem hann drukknar daglega) en var\u00f0 a\u00f0 h\u00e6tta vi\u00f0 \u00fev\u00ed a\u00f0 \u00fea\u00f0 kom kona til a\u00f0 taka bl\u00f3\u00f0s\u00fdni.  Bjarki streittist heldur betur \u00e1 m\u00f3ti og var uppgefinn eftir slaginn svo hann f\u00e9kk bara mj\u00f3lk \u00ed gegnum sl\u00f6nguna.<\/p>\n<p>Finnur og Anna komu svo hj\u00f3landi upp \u00e1 sp\u00edtala, og \u00e9g skildi Finn \u00fear eftir til a\u00f0 gefa Bjarka pela um \u00ferj\u00faleyti\u00f0.  \u00dea\u00f0 t\u00f3kst ekki betur en svo a\u00f0 honum seinka\u00f0i \u00fev\u00ed a\u00f0 Bjarki var svo duglegur a\u00f0 k\u00faka einmitt \u00feegar \u00fea\u00f0 \u00e1tti a\u00f0 skipta \u00e1 honum, svo r\u00e9tt \u00feegar hann var byrja\u00f0ur a\u00f0 gefa pelann, \u00fe\u00e1 var honum hent \u00fat \u00fev\u00ed \u00fea\u00f0 var komi\u00f0 a\u00f0 vaktaskiptum.  M\u00e9r er tj\u00e1\u00f0 a\u00f0 \u00e1 milli-v\u00f6kudeildinni \u00fe\u00e1 s\u00e9 manni ekki hent \u00fat \u00e1 \u00feessum t\u00edma.
