She was not very understanding of the whole 'teenage-boys-tend-to-go-very-late-to-bed'-concept.<\/p><\/div>\n Wednesday 14 December 2011<\/strong><\/p>\n The kids played with Lego a Lot. \ud83d\ude42 I think it was good for them to have to hang out with just themselves for an extended period of time.<\/p><\/div>\n Thursday 15 December 2011<\/strong><\/p>\n They also watched a Lot of TV. They probably got their dosage for the next half year or so...<\/p><\/div>\n \u00a0Saturday 17 December 2011<\/strong><\/p>\n Dad and Shirley on their way to a wedding. We stayed behind to 'teenage-sit' Anthony.<\/p><\/div>\n Bjarki in the nearby park.<\/p><\/div>\n "Mom, take a picture of me pouting, please..."!<\/p><\/div>\n We visited this park pretty much every day. It was mostly nice out and not a snowflake in sight.<\/p><\/div>\n They've been renovating the play-area in the park. Here's a 'spinner'. Very cool, and a lot of fun! \ud83d\ude42<\/p><\/div>\n Going fast.<\/p><\/div>\n Another neat thing are these three 'planks' that emit a sound when you step hard on either end of them. You can play a tune on it.<\/p><\/div>\n Anna, nearly 8 years old.<\/p><\/div>\n Bjarki was really proud to have figured out how to slide down the pole.<\/p><\/div>\n Not photoshopped. Once Anthony got booted out, lending stopped, and in the end Anna bested her dad. Because she's as stubborn as he is. \ud83d\ude09<\/p><\/div>\n Still at the beginning moments, and before dinner. The game went on past 10pm!<\/p><\/div>\n Sunday 18 December 2011<\/strong><\/p>\n Popping down to the local pub for some grub.<\/p><\/div>\n Ye Old Local Pub.<\/p><\/div>\n It was a very pub-like pub.<\/p><\/div>\n Waiting for supper.<\/p><\/div>\n Walking back home, with football (soccer) about to begin on the telly.
