All the pictures (save one) are &#8220;borrowed&#8221; from the Internet, mostly through the <a href=\"http:\/\/images.google.com\/\">Google Image Search<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/flickr.com\/\">Flickr<\/a>.  I did save most of the URLs, but I don&#8217;t explicitly name them.  Bad form I know, but oh well.
