We spent an active weekend at house #2 on a gorgeous weekend in early July. There was trampolining, hiking (without water or food, silly us!), a water-balloon fight, and kayaking! How lucky we are to have such good friends! (55-ish images)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Agnes and myself decided to go out for a walk, and ended up knee-deep in grass as we attempted a “short-cut”!<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n
\"\"
Agnes emerging from the bush! We failed spectacularly in finding any actual paths.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

We naively forgot to bring any water along for our walk, and were getting rather parched when we finally found a small stream.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

We also failed in bringing any kind of snack, but thankfully found a few berries, in spite of the super dry summer.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

We saw this seemingly abandoned foundation and decided to investigate.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Sunday 07 July 2019<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The is no morning without screen-time.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Our guests had brought their own kayak! Ragnar supervised the kiddos as they took turns trying it out.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The last job of the day before departure was to take down the tv antenna, as all tv is now off of the mobile internet anyway, or downloaded pre-departure, and all the antenna was doing was being a place for birds to sit, and shit on the deck…!
