For our last full day in France, we’d planned to revisit the tree-climbing park<\/a> due to great demand.\u00a0 Unfortunately, the weather disagreed with our plan with a thunderstorm and rain.

\nWe ended up splitting up, with me and Anna going on a shopping trip downtown, while Finnur took the younger kids to an indoor playground.\u00a0 We then had dinner with Holla and \u00d3li’s gang, who would be staying for a few days longer. (18 images total)<\/p>\n

Finnur dropped Anna and myself off by the train station, as there was a massive traffic jam going into downtown. He then drove off to the outskirt of town to visit an indoor playground.<\/p><\/div><\/p>\n

We walked past the main shopping mall, and into the actual downtown.<\/p><\/div>\n

\"\"<\/a>

We visited the comic book store we’d seen on Sunday, and they had manga figures. Oh, so many thrusty statues!<\/p><\/div>\n

The bakery we’d tried to visit the previous Sunday was now open… tempting!<\/p><\/div>\n

\"\"<\/a>

Too tempting actually, because we went inside!<\/p><\/div>\n

\"\"<\/a>

Chocolates to taste.<\/p><\/div>\n

\"\"<\/a>

Loading up on energy to go shopping for clothes. That’s hard work!<\/p><\/div>\n

We found a hat for Bjarki.<\/p><\/div>\n

Anna overloaded on pastels, apparently not available in Iceland.<\/p><\/div>\n

Meanwhile, Finnur hung out with the little kiddos, in an indoors jungle gym<\/a>.<\/p><\/div>\n

Not quite as charming as a tree climbing park, but fun was apparently had!<\/p><\/div>\n

Bjarki with a familiar passenger (yes, \u00d3li showed up to keep Finnur company).<\/p><\/div>\n

Post dinner, it was time to say goodbye, with macaroons, of course!<\/p><\/div>\n
