We spent a weekend at the Laugarvatn summer house with Ragnar and Agnes, and their four kids in calm weather.<\/p>\n

The kiddos mostly hung out inside some computer world or another, but the mothers did manage to wrangle them outside for a short walk, while the men were out procuring food, as the weather was lovely.<\/p>\n

Once we arrived in town on the Sunday, we attended Fannar’s 6th birthday, but only a couple of photos got taken… (36 images total)<\/p>\n

Saturday 01 October 2016<\/strong><\/p>\n

Siblings, not terribly happy over being made to go outside.<\/p><\/div><\/p>\n

The light was all kinds of weird.<\/p><\/div>\n

The big kids had gone some other way, and it apparently took us AGES to get to where they were, judging by the impatient shouting we had to endure!<\/p><\/div>\n

We didn’t really have a plan of where we were going, but then we found the river, and decided to take a closer look.<\/p><\/div>\n

Anna found a mini-beach to stand on.<\/p><\/div>\n

Thus began a terrifying few minutes where all the kids were moments away from certain death\u00a0if they fell in…<\/p><\/div>\n

But the water was so good!<\/p><\/div>\n

\"\"<\/a>

Bjarki got fed up by all this being-outdoors pretty quickly, and returned home with his partner-in-crime ahead of everybody.<\/p><\/div>\n

Some time was spent throwing things in the river…<\/p><\/div>\n

There’s a new house next to our house now, but they don’t make a lot of noise so it’s fine.<\/p><\/div>\n

Once we got back, we set in motion Operation Take Down the Trampoline for the Winter.<\/p><\/div>\n

Anna was a great helper as always.<\/p><\/div>\n

The boys were also busy. The next day they put in a new window pane. Very exciting! \u00a0Then it was time to pack up, and clean house!<\/p><\/div>\n

Once in town, we went straight to Fannar’s 6th birthday party! \u00a0I was a lazy auntie and only took this photo of the cake…<\/p><\/div>\n
