After we returned from Sweden, we lay low for a little bit. \u00a0I went out for a couple of slow\u00a0jogs, a friend dragged us (in a good way) to a jazz concert downtown, and uh, then there was more jogging!<\/p>\n

Be warned that the image for Friday 22 has a close up on a small wound on Emma’s face, that she got when she fell face-first on the edge of a table. :\/ (18 images total)<\/p>\n

p.s. I rearranged the blog posts into the order they happened, as I was getting confused.<\/p>\n

Was feeling jittery so I went out for a jog. Warmed up by walking up to the stupa above our house, where somebody had left flowers.<\/p><\/div><\/p>\n

\"Working<\/a>

Working on perfecting the “looking somewhere else” selfie!<\/p><\/div>\n

\"Anna<\/a>

Anna had gone out ahead of me to hunt Pokemons! Yes, that’s her in the orange jacket, walking along the spankin’ new pedestrian path that’s being built alongside the spankin’ new road up on the hill.<\/p><\/div>\n

\"Yay,<\/a>

Yay, I made it to the lake!<\/p><\/div>\n

\"My<\/a>

My turn-around-to-go-back-home point was the gazebo by the lake. \u00a0Here’s the run on Strava<\/a>.<\/p><\/div>\n

It’s a cute lake!<\/p><\/div>\n

\"Nice<\/a>

Nice running path going back.<\/p><\/div>\n

Up on the hill, looking back towards the lake.<\/p><\/div>\n

After an evening trip to the swimming pool (open until 10 pm), a friend called, and we ended up meeting at a coffee house in Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur, of all places!<\/p><\/div>\n

Friday 22 July 2016<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"This<\/a>

This day will go down in history as the day Emma was dancing adorably in the living room shortly before bedtime, when she lost her balance and fell, face first, on our coffee table. She got a small cut by her mouth, which seems to have healed ok now, but she’ll be scarred for life. \u00a0Life can be so harsh!<\/p><\/div>\n

Saturday 23 July 2016<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"Adda<\/a>

Adda dragged me downtown to attend a free jazz concert.<\/p><\/div>\n

\"We<\/a>

We arrived a bit late, and almost all the seats were taken.<\/p><\/div>\n

\"Adda<\/a>

Adda is a master chair hunter, and soon we had seats together by a table of people she knew.<\/p><\/div>\n

\"Margr\u00e9t<\/a>

Margr\u00e9t Eir sang jazzy songs from musicals, and did it well! \u00a0Adda is there in the green jacket.<\/p><\/div>\n

\"The<\/a>

The big kids had been hunting pokemons downtown, but when we attempted to meet up with them and sit down at a cafe, everything was full! We decided to drive to Borgart\u00fan (“The financial district”), and hung out there for a bit.<\/p><\/div>\n

\"Again<\/a>

Again I went out for a slow jog, this time around the golf course<\/a> further up the hill from our house.<\/p><\/div>\n

Golf-y flatness visible through the trees.<\/p><\/div>\n

I was there!<\/p><\/div>\n
