Finnur and the big kids assembling a Raspberry Pi computer. They got it running, but it hasn’t seen any action since then. What do we do with a raspberry pi computer?!<\/p><\/div><\/p>\n

We attempted to tidy up a bit. This artwork by Anna ended up in the recycling bin, but first we photographed it.<\/p><\/div>\n

Sunday 03 July 2016<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"Anna's<\/a>

Anna’s physical therapist recommended that she should go out and jog, so I dragged her out one gorgeous day. \u00a0This is her by the golf-course in our backyard.<\/p><\/div>\n

\"Our<\/a>

Our endpoint that day, before we turned around. \u00a0We could see Vifilsstadarvatn!<\/p><\/div>\n

\"We<\/a>

We turned out to be a tortoise and hare team. I would crawl along at a slow but mostly steady pace, while Anna would walk for a bit, and then sprint to catch up with me.<\/p><\/div>\n

\"Resting<\/a>

Resting for a bit. She went out too soon after eating. \u00a0This is the new road that’s being built across the hill above us.<\/p><\/div>\n

\"We<\/a>

We had to make a library run downtown, and saw the crowds gathering for what would be Iceland’s final football game in the 2016 Euro cup<\/a>. The hot dog stand was very busy! Here is a video of the cheering section arriving<\/a>\u00a0on the scene.<\/p><\/div>\n

An hour or so later I returned downtown to drop Finnur and Anna off, as they were going to watch the game there along with some friends. Downtown was packed, but sadly, we lost the game. Awwww.<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
