This Friday was a weird one, mostly because it stayed warm-ish and idyllic far into the evening.<\/p>\n

Most of the happenings happened after work. \u00a0Finnur’s parents’ picked Emma up from daycare, so I could have 30 minutes to go dress-shopping with Bjarki as my fashion consultant. \u00a0We then zoomed on over to the hair salon, where Bjarki got\u00a0a haircut, and then more zooming happened to pick Emma up. \u00a0I believe we took the easy way out and had store-bought sushi for dinner…<\/p>\n

We spent the evening mostly outside, and getting the kids (Emma in particular) to go back into the house, was no easy task. \u00a0(Finnur was still in California.) (8 images total)<\/p>\n

(P.s. Anna had taken off earlier in the day with a friend + her family to go camping out in the country over the weekend!)<\/p>\n

Yeah, fast charging degrades the batteries, but they’re so much fun (and free!). This is me and Bjarki outside the mall.<\/p><\/div><\/p>\n

The dress I ended up buying for the 20 year Junior College (MR) reunion that was scheduled for the next day. I hate shopping for clothes, can you tell? \u00a0(It’s remarkably easy though, because only about two half-decent lines of clothes at Debenhams even bother to come in my size.)<\/p><\/div>\n

Annoyed at the photographer sitting in the next chair. Never any peace and quiet!<\/p><\/div>\n

You can see exactly how long his hair was before it was cut. The sun was strong that day.<\/p><\/div>\n

Extracting Emma from her grandparents’ place took a while, like always.<\/p><\/div>\n
