Today we attended the confirmation party of Arnar, the son of some friends of ours. \u00a0It was a lovely party, and we had a great time. \u00a0(Meanwhile, my brother Bjarni<\/a> was competing in men’s physique<\/a>, and he won his category<\/a>! \u00a0Yay for him!!!)<\/p>\n

Usually I end up being a photographer at events like these, but since I can’t really walk about, I decided against taking my big camera. \u00a0Alas, because apparently I can’t help myself, I still ended up snapping photos on my phone<\/a><\/em>. (15 images total)<\/p>\n

\"Rewinding<\/a>

Rewinding back to the beginning, the party was held in a congregational hall (safna\u00f0arheimili), that my friend had wisely booked a whole year in advance! \u00a0Next year is Anna’s turn, so we better start planning!<\/p><\/div>\n

By the guestbook. Bjarki was away at the summer house with his grandparents, so he unfortunately missed the party.<\/p><\/div>\n
