Three nights of dinner engagements make for a busy but a fun weekend!<\/p>\n

Friday I went to celebrate the 40th birthday of a friend of mine, Saturday we visited Solla and Gunni, and then on Sunday we visited Gu\u00f0r\u00fan and Snorri.<\/p>\n

This coincided with spring arriving suddenly, so out of nowhere I was desperate to start tidying up and cleaning now that all the dust mites are screaming for attention. \u00a0With a bum leg not much got done, but at least the Christmas Cards got taken down from the wall in the hall and album-ed, Finnur attacked the garage, and quite a few death traps got removed. \ud83d\ude42 (15 images total)<\/p>\n

Saturday 19 March 2016<\/strong><\/p>\n

Finnur attacking dust mites, while Emma bikes around outside on a tricycle one of our neighbors donated earlier in the day. \u00a0(I managed to do a little bit of hoovering, but only in wide open spaces. \u00a0Bah, humbug!)<\/p><\/div>\n

Oooops! She kept taking too-tight turns!<\/p><\/div>\n

Feeling useless in the tidying department, I made some banana bread instead.<\/p><\/div>\n

The kids played, inside and outside, and the adults chatted and cooked. Soon it was time for dinner!<\/p><\/div>\n

At Gu\u00f0r\u00fan’s and Snorri’s. Anna’s now reached the age where she’ll sometimes sit with the adults and listen in. Where’s our adult-only language?!<\/p><\/div>\n

Apples for an appetizer, yum!<\/p><\/div>\n

Dinner time with great food! With the summer equinox, dinner time is now confusingly bright outside.<\/p><\/div>\n
