Early Saturday January 16 2016<\/strong><\/p>\n

Finnur being tested for sleep apnea. The test came back totally negative (no signs of sleep apnea), although I maintain his breathing quality varies between nights. For better or for worse, this was a good night, but that has thankfully been the trend lately.<\/p><\/div><\/p>\n

Tuesday 19 January 2016<\/strong><\/p>\n

I began reading Harry Potter #1 for Bjarki around Christmas. Much like I hoped he would, he began reading the book by himself, has read the majority of it without me. It’s still an evening read though, and we just finished it tonight. \u00a0I look forward to getting glimpses of Harry Potter again for the next few months!<\/p><\/div>\n

\"Gu\u00f0r\u00fan

Gu\u00f0r\u00fan came by to visit after the kids had gone to bed (well, mostly). Meanwhile, Finnur was busy assembling a new semi-wheeled table<\/a> for the kitchen. It now sits in the middle of the kitchen, allowing me to move things about the kitchen, even though I’m using two crutches.<\/p><\/div>\n

Thursday 21 January<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"When

When it rains, it pours. I started getting non-itchy<\/em> rashes yesterday, on the last day of my antibiotics, much like last time. Now, I went through a penicillin-allergy test this fall, which came back negative, so apparently this is more like a “side-effect” rather than an allergy. I did go to a doctor yesterday, and he ok-ed pills I had gotten last time this happened, but when I went home I discovered they had expired on 11 2015. I still took them, but I’m not sure they did much. Might have to try getting new ones…<\/p><\/div>\n

\"Meanwhile,

Meanwhile, this is the standard position you’ll find Anna in these days, with her nose in her phone, reading a book. We’re not related. No, not at all! \u00a0(She was a trooper today though, putting in a load of laundry, and agreeing to tidy up in Emma’s room, which was sorely needed.)<\/p><\/div>\n
