[Happened on 25 May 2015, posted on 29 May 2015. \u00a0I hope.<\/em>]<\/p>\n

N\u00f6kkvi and J\u00f3hanna’s newest<\/a> was Christened this past Monday. \u00a0It was a public holiday (second in Whitsunday<\/a>), \u00a0so downtown by Fr\u00edkirkjan<\/a> was quiet.<\/p>\n

Finnur and the big kids were in an airplane, returning from England, so they missed the whole shebang. \u00a0Finnur was also in possession of both the new camera (70D) and the wide lens, so I was stuck with the 50 mm lens, and the old camera (40D… slow! loud! no video!). \u00a0Hence the slightly weird photos.<\/p>\n

Now, the name was a secret until the priest said it out\u00a0loud, and it was…<\/p>\n

\"Breki<\/a>

Breki Jarl it is! J\u00f3hanna did a beautiful job decorating!<\/p><\/div>\n

Breki Jarl is an amalgamation of the middle names of two of my brothers, P\u00e9tur Breki and N\u00f6kkvi Jarl. \u00a0This completes the naming of N\u00f6kkvi’s children after his and his siblings’ middle names (Ylfa Mar\u00edn and Hrefna Mar\u00edn, I\u00f0unn Hei\u00f0ur and Bjarni Hei\u00f0ar).<\/p>\n
