Passing time was the order of the week between our US visitors leaving, and Finnur’s summer holiday booting up again.<\/p>\n

Since Emma naps in the afternoons, I mostly needed to figure out stuff to do in the mornings. \u00a0(The afternoons were mostly Emma (and I) snoring while the big kids played on the computers.) (13 images total)<\/p>\n

Wednesday 16 July 2014 – Laugardalur Family Park<\/strong><\/p>\n

At the family park in Laugardalur. I bought an annual pass, so the whole family can go whenever, and use all the equipment as much as we want. Of course, Emma’s favorite equipment of the day was this uninflated trampoline. Puddles are endlessly fun!<\/p><\/div><\/p>\n

Thursday 17 July 2014 – L\u00e1gafellslaug<\/strong><\/p>\n

We finally made it to the L\u00e1gafellslaug<\/a> swimming pool in Mosfellsb\u00e6r (affectionately dubbed “Mos Eisley” by the US-ers), after trying for several weeks. It was fun!<\/p><\/div>\n

Friday 18 July 2014 – Laugardalur Family Park<\/strong><\/p>\n

It was a rainy morning, but we decided to visit the family park again anyway (no lines!!) because it was such a hit two days before! Here’s Bjarki on his twentieth fall-tower turn.<\/p><\/div>\n

We somehow managed to rope Gu\u00f0r\u00fan and family to join us. Here Gu\u00f0r\u00fan’s riding on a boat with her littlest one.<\/p><\/div>\n
