It took a week, but finally Ms. Bambino had been declared infection free, and I’d been loaded up with enough blood pressure medication to finally beat it into submission – and we were declared fit to go home. Here are pictures from the day.
Our room for the duration of our stay. It was fantastic that Finnur could stay the night, and probably cut down on the workload for the staff since he was forever bringing me food and other stuff.
