Christmas Lights and Road Contructions

How about this for a slogon: “Iceland – The Land of Christmas Decorations and Badly Marked Road Constructions”? 🙂 Yes, there are Christmas decorations pretty much everywhere, making the gloomy light more cheerful. And we continually bump into new things in the road system, sometimes its completed changes, but more often they’re incomplete changes that can be difficult to navigate…

Other than that, things are going pretty smoothly… We went to see mum and my brothers yesterday, before going back to the in-laws for a feast with all of Finnur’s family. The night didn’t go so smoothly though, Anna was awake between 1:30 and 4 am but then we ended up sleeping until a little past noon! (Finnur got up earlier though).

We finally got out of the house around 3:30pm and went shopping a bit before going to my grandmother/aunt’s place, but ended up at Holla and Oli’s… 🙂
