Sweet Life

Good Friday (or Föstudagurinn langi, or Long Friday in Icelandic) was spent mostly ‘at home’. First up was bingo, then there was candy floss, somewhere in there was a trip to the swimming pool (this is written in June!), and then the kids played. All in all, it was a very Good Friday!

Kata and her neighbor bought a candy floss machine from the USA, and set up shop (well, sorta, it was free!) in Kata's kitchen. Here they are all giddy over the thought of all that sugar...

Then it was time for some outside play. At least one huge trampoline is a must for any self respecting neighborhood at this point in time.
