Thursday December 13th
Attention, attention… Ladies and gentlemen…
Ok – this is a “big day” for Dagbók #2… Since Finnur and I are going to Iceland, this little blog-spot is going to be in English for those of you who don’t speak Icelandic (in spite of heroic effort to the contrary… hence Augusto’s “flott” vocabulary…). I only hope our little Icelandic reader-group won’t be too offended or bored. Also – since I don’t want to be travelling with the whole Dagbók #1 and using Trellix on a laptop, we’ve made a special little web, just for our trip home – click here for our Holiday-Dagbók (I feel like the queen of “spin-offs” right now! 😉
But now it’s time for me to start packing. Augusto’s going to be here in 5 hours to pick us up – and then we’re off to San Francisco International Airport. From there we’re flying to Minneapolis, where we’ll wait for 5 hours before boarding a plane to dear old Iceland. We should land there at 7am on Saturday morning Iceland time (GMT) (that would be 11pm Friday night for you West-coasters). Must start packing… 🙂
