Back From Australia!

Yesterday I returned from my first trip to Australia!  I was there for a little over two weeks on a work trip for Marel, while Finnur held down the home fort.

I had megalomaniacal visions of updating this website as time went by, but when push came to shove I was too tired in the evenings to do a darn thing.  Over a span of 19 days, traveling included, the work log averages out to 11-12 hours of work every-single-day. Add breakfast and dinner to those numbers, and there aren’t a whole lot of hours left in the day for anything but sleeping.  Jeeez.

But yeah, I made it there and back again with a couple of colleagues, and although we won’t know for a few weeks whether the trip was a success, we’re moderately optimistic that the main goal was met.
