Big birthday bash-day

Today is Finnur’s dad’s 60th birthday, so they (my in-laws) are throwing a big party here at their house. I think they’ve invited about 70 people over, so the weather better stay good (it’s looking really good right now, but you never know in Iceland) so they can go out into the garden! Other than that, not much is new, except that a week in a new germ-environment has landed me with a sore throat-ache, and it’s leading up into my ears… grr… So much for that “pregnant-lady-has-natural-germ-shield” theory!!

Well, off I go to make bite-size stuff for folks to eat… after I wash my hands that is… 🙂
