It started getting chilly in November, which meant feeding the wild birds.

There were two birthday parties in one weekend, that week I gymmed, gamed, and walked in the forest a lot, also knitted a headband, gave a car some love, before getting on an airplane to London on a Thursday, to see a show there the following evening.

Enjoying the cheap nature tv in our backyard.
Quick look out the window as I arrived at the gym. It was still bright outside.
Fridays tend to be leg-days… This one was a collection of squats, hamstring-curls, calf-raises, heavy front-lunges, single-leg deadlifts, hip-thrusters, and sled-pushing.
Contemplating my life choices before slowly climbing the stairs.
Game-night! I still haven’t quite figured out how to play this type of character. Sorry game-partner!
In a moment of weakness, I caved an purchased two gym-tops from a business (oldladygains) I follow on Instagram, because they’re very good at collecting cool videos of older mostly regular-looking women working out.
I thought this one was funny, although it makes zero sense!

The annual ritual of putting up the yule-lights, as the mornings had gotten quite dark.

That evening I decided to knit a headband, as requested by Emma. It was getting chilly outside!
Emma picked a free recipe off of the internet. While I knitted away, Anna hunkered down with school-buddies to work on some group assignment.
All done! Took about 4 hours.
I was too tired to read up on the proper way of fastening the ends together, so the join was a bit meh.

Sadly, I suspect many of these tall trees have now been cut down to make landing airplanes at the airport safer.

Getting the winter tires put on the car, as the weather forecast wasn’t spectacular.
Not cheap, but I prefer to not have to store my own tires.

It was a wet morning.
Quick selfie with hubby before I drove myself to the airport!
I like parking close to where the exit is, to minimize walking when getting off of the airplane on return.
It was a blustery day. This image was taken at 14:11 as I was entering the airport.
On the other side of security at 14:19. Small airports are nice, especially when you’re only traveling with hand-luggage.
