Florida Day #8: Cat Cafe

After all the excitement of the previous days, and an upcoming visit to Disney World the next day, this day was designated ‘relaxation day’.

We hung out at ‘home’ for the majority of the day, but towards the end I took the older girls to a cat-cafe nearby, where they played with cats while I did a bit of blogging. (11 photos total)

It all began with the girls sort of wanting to go shopping, but that seemed to energy-intensive, so instead I took them to this cafe that I’d discovered a few days back to do something interesting but laid back.
With their food, just before entering the cat-room. The cafe cleverly charges a small fee to visit the cats.
Meanwhile, Halli entertained the rest of the kids with a game.
What did we do before phones became cameras?!?

About two hours after we arrived we drove back in the pouring rain. Anna spotted a weird bird (crane?).
