Day Off, Pink Paint, and Unstable Weather

The first few days of April. We had an extra day off, Emma played with pink paint, the weather was non-stable, and I mulled what to do about that wall in the backyard… (22 images total)

Going back in time a bit, I apparently hauled my butt to the gym on the second day of Easter, which is a public holiday. Oh, and it had snowed overnight!

I walked towards the parliament building for some Ingress/Pokemon, and ran into these adorable snow-people.

When I arrived at work, workers had begun erecting scaffolding, which didn’t come down until very recently (Sept/Oct). Apparently, all the windows needed to be replaced!
A reminder of the often unsuccessful cable-o-rama needed to connect a laptop to a screen/projector at work. I’ve come very close to inviting IT to all my meetings, as nothing ever works… Grrr…!
At home in the afternoon, I worried about the wall that looked like it was about to topple over.
But oooh, pretty flower!

That afternoon Anna and i went dress-shopping at a nearby store we’d never visited before. Something about this dress was sub-optimal, but we did end up walking out with a dress.
At 22:30, this was probably a Pokemon walk…

By Wednesday the snow had all disappeared, and the weather had turned glorious (albeit still a bit chilly)! Emma insisted on going home to fetch her bike, and bike around the daycare playground for a bit at the end of the day.
