On ‘Leave’ From the NICU

Ms. Bambino is doing well enough and my milk’s come in enough that she’s being put on ‘leave’ from the NICU.

This means she’ll be going down to my room to hang out with us, but we are to return to the NICU at midnight and in the morning so that she gets her IV medication and blood work.

This change will hopefully allow me to relax more because my blood pressure readings yesterday were bad, probably due to all the stress.
