Move Along Now, Nothing Going On

Yeah, nothing much to say about today.

I did write a long ToDo list, and wondered if I should put ‘Write ToDo list’ on the ToDo list, just so that I could cross it out.  Decided against it, mostly because I was out of paper-space.

Happily, some stuff got done, and I live in hope that the rest happens tomorrow…

As it happened, Finnur-the-productive got some manly recuperation-time off from the family from 3 pm in the afternoon into the evening.  Meanwhile, I took the kids to check out Petur’s and Signy’s new apartment, which looks very nice, especially considering it’s student housing.  It’s right next door to a daycare (= huge playground!) but also bracketed by a couple of churches, so they’ll be all belled out soon.

Afterwards, I dropped Anna off at an afternoon class-pajama party, and then invited myself and Bjarki to some friends of ours.  We got super lucky, because just as we arrived, a chocolate cake had just been completed.  Yum!

We hung out until close to 7 pm (narrowly beating Pandemic), when we picked Anna up, and then it was a ‘fix dinner quickly, and get the kids to bed ASAP before somebody looses it due to tiredness’-situation.  All seem to have survived.
