Also on Sunday…
Sunday was the first really really really nice day weather-wise for weeks. We did manage to go biking after all, and it was gorgeous out there. To celebrate the weather, we broke out Anna’s Stomp Rocket, and it was an instant hit with the kids. 🙂

Later that afternoon we headed to a birthday bash to celebrate the second birthday of Eyrún Hulda, the daughter of Ríkey. Her grandfather and my grandmother are/were siblings, and we hung out a lot when we were younger.
Eyrún Hulda blew out her birthday candles in one go, with mom and big brother looking intently on. 🙂
Clapping for the birthday girl after she blew out the candles in one go! Eyrún Hulda and Dagur Ari (aka Big Brother) got momentarily distracted as someone opened the door just then (or something like that).
The kids all helped her to open the biggest present, which turned out to be a tricycle! 🙂
