Sweet Life
Good Friday (or Föstudagurinn langi, or Long Friday in Icelandic) was spent mostly ‘at home’. First up was bingo, then there was candy floss, somewhere in there was a trip to the swimming pool (this is written in June!), and then the kids played. All in all, it was a very Good Friday! 🙂
First up, there was bingo with real prizes!!

Kata and her neighbor bought a candy floss machine from the USA, and set up shop (well, sorta, it was free!) in Kata's kitchen. Here they are all giddy over the thought of all that sugar... 🙂

Then it was time for some outside play. At least one huge trampoline is a must for any self respecting neighborhood at this point in time.

Here's the problem with identical twins. It takes a couple of days to start being able to tell them apart, and then when you haven't seen them for some time (this is written in June), you again forget which one was which. I think this is Karen, because Tinna has a slightly narrower face...
This then would be Tinna (and no, the glasses don't help, they both wear glasses!).
