Farm Day

Saying hi. Almost everybody had gone to a 'confirmation'-party, but a couple of people had stayed behind.

On farm #2, where this lovely cow has just pooped, much to the amazement of the city kids.

The main reason for our visit though were these very new lambs, some less than 24 hours old. Awwww...

After leaving the barn, we headed to the main house where a feast was waiting.

Here's my attempt at capturing the jaw-dropping view from the kitchen window. Also, I might have to visit again just to taste The Best Milk Ever! I think I must have had 5 glasses of milk, it was just so amazingly delicious! 🙂

Just before leaving we headed to a couple of container-huts, where...

... potatoes are stored. Yum! 🙂

Back at base, it was soon time for a lovely dinner. Also staying with Kata and Jói was a foreign exchange student who needed a place to stay while her dormatory was closed for Easter. She was a little baffled at how all these people would fit into the house - but we did! 🙂

Finnur serves a couple of freshly bathed and combed girls wearing their favorite pajamas.
